Welcome to Funded Army (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website fundedarmy.com, programs, services, materials, and related platforms (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Nature of Services

Funded Army is an online educational platform providing training related to trading psychology, risk management, strategy development, and structured trading methodologies.

All content provided — including videos, documents, live sessions, tools, templates, and communications — is strictly for educational and informational purposes only.

We:

  • Do NOT provide investment advice

  • Do NOT provide financial advisory services

  • Do NOT offer brokerage or portfolio management

  • Do NOT provide personalized trading recommendations

  • Do NOT guarantee funded accounts, profits, or income

Funded Army is not registered with SEBI, SEC, FCA, or any financial regulatory authority.

2. No Financial Advice & Risk Disclosure

Trading and investing in financial markets involve substantial risk of loss, including potential loss of capital.

Past performance does not guarantee future results.

You acknowledge that:

  • All trading decisions are made solely by you.

  • You are fully responsible for your financial outcomes.

  • Funded Army shall not be liable for any financial loss, missed profit, or trading damage.

You agree that no fiduciary relationship is created between you and Funded Army.

3. Eligibility

To use our Platform:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age.

  • You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

  • You agree to use the services solely for personal educational purposes.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any user at our discretion.

4. Account Registration & Security

To access certain services, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

5. Payments & International Transactions

All program fees must be paid in full or as per the structured payment plan agreed at the time of purchase.

For international users:

  • Payments may be processed in INR or other currencies.

  • Any currency conversion differences, foreign transaction charges, intermediary banking fees, or gateway fees are non-refundable.

  • You are responsible for compliance with your local laws regarding online purchases and financial education.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

We do not guarantee trading performance or financial results as a condition of refund eligibility.

Approved refunds, if any, are subject to administrative and processing charges as outlined in the Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, branding, systems, frameworks, tools, videos, and documentation provided through the Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Funded Army.

You may NOT:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, record, or share any content.

  • Resell or redistribute program materials.

  • Upload materials to third-party platforms.

  • Share login credentials.

Violation may result in immediate termination and legal action.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Engage in fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks.

  • Misrepresent trading results publicly using our name.

  • Use our content to provide competing educational services.

  • Violate applicable laws or regulations.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts for violations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Funded Army shall not be liable for:

  • Trading losses

  • Loss of profits or revenue

  • Business interruption

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific program in question.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Funded Army, its founders, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or legal expenses arising from:

  • Your trading activities

  • Misuse of the Platform

  • Violation of these Terms

11. Termination of Access

We may suspend or terminate your account without refund if you:

  • Violate these Terms

  • Breach intellectual property rights

  • Engage in fraud or misuse

  • Conduct payment disputes in bad faith

Upon termination, all access rights are revoked immediately.

12. Data Protection & Privacy

We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions with data protection laws, you may have rights to access, modify, or request deletion of your personal data.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Haryana, India.

14. Arbitration Clause

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India).

The seat of arbitration shall be Haryana, India.

15. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
