At FundedArmy (“we,” “us,” or “our”), we are committed to transparency and delivering high-quality educational services. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing any of our programs.

1. Payment Structure & Access to Education

Our programs may be offered in structured payment formats.

  • If 50% of the total fee is paid, access will be granted to approximately 50% of the program content.


  • Full program access is granted only upon receipt of 100% of the program fees.


  • Access is strictly proportional to the amount paid.


No educational access beyond the paid portion will be provided until full payment is completed.

2. 7-Day Full Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day full refund policy after complete program access has been granted (i.e., after 100% fee payment).

If, within 7 calendar days of receiving full access, you genuinely determine that the program is not suitable for you, you may apply for a full refund, subject to review and the conditions below.

We do not offer partial refunds. Refunds, if approved, are issued for the entire amount received from the student.

3. Conditions for Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund:

  • The request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of receiving full program access.


  • You must provide a clear written explanation outlining why the program is not suitable for you.


  • If the request is based on strategy performance concerns, you must provide documented evidence of proper rule-based backtesting or structured execution aligned with the program guidelines.


  • You must not have violated any Terms of Use, community rules, or intellectual property protections.


  • You must not have copied, redistributed, recorded, or shared any proprietary content.


Refund approval is subject to internal review to ensure the program was followed as instructed.

Refunds are granted at our reasonable discretion after reviewing the submitted evidence.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Requests made after 7 days from full access being granted


  • Failure to attend sessions or complete coursework


  • Lack of effort, improper execution, or deviation from provided rules


  • Change of mind or personal financial circumstances


  • Misuse, redistribution, or recording of program content


  • Violation of community or conduct policies


All programs are educational in nature. Results depend on individual discipline, execution, risk management, and market conditions.

We do not guarantee profits or specific trading outcomes.

5. Refund Request Process

  • Detailed reason for refund request

Incomplete submissions may delay review.

6. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Approved refunds are processed within 48 hours of final approval.

  • Funds are transferred via bank transfer or original payment method (where possible).

  • Payment gateway or transaction processing charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • Banks may take additional time to reflect the refunded amount.

7. Access Revocation

Once a refund is approved:

  • All program access, community access, materials, and live session rights will be immediately revoked.

  • Continued use, sharing, or distribution of refunded content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
